Moons of Amaterasu

Moons of Amaterasu is a very daring project I am working on, one that includes a series of paintings made on paper and various stories all gathered in a larger story about a girl named Loouna and her friends with whom she starts her adventure for the creation of a magical place where to study and teach the world of magic and the connections in the history of the worlds she travels to.

For this project I created the blue shades myself using methylene blue and ashes of some paper I was ready to send to recycling; I also used normal acrylic paints when necessary. The project's plan is larger growing from seven large traditional paintings to many other more in sizes that vary. You will find here dragons and princesses, a knight and a wizard, nuns and sorcerers, a samurai and many lords and ladies that reign over different lands composing the Great Fantasia United. Here, the concept of creation is expressed in various ways that await for you to discover.
